Carroll Conflict Resolution

Carroll Conflict Resolution provides professional, neutral mediation techniques to ensure that both parties receive equal say and are self-determinate in coming to a settlement agreement.

Lawyers are welcome, but not necessary.  It is up to you whether or not to have your attorney present.  If you feel strongly about having a lawyer present, keep in mind you need to pay him or her for their time. We suggest having your lawyer available for phone consultation when not present.  

Pricing: 

Intial consultation is free of charge.

The mediation fee is as follows:

$150 per hour

This fee can be split between both parties.

There are no filing fees or witness fees involved.
